Payment
Payment for all orders is due at the time the order is placed. We currently accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and money orders.
Credit Card Charges
Credit card charges will be made to your card within 24 hours of placing your order.
Taxes
The Customer is responsible for sales taxes associated with the order. Our shopping cart will collect the Arkansas state sales tax during the ordering process.
Back orders
If you have ordered an item that is currently not in stock, you will be notified. It will be your choice to have us hold the entire order or ship the backordered item separately when it is available.
Shipping Policies
Packages ship within two business days of placing your order unless we email you otherwise. Please calculate the additional time into your choice of shipping method.
U.S. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates which are quoted by the shopping cart are only an estimate. We charge you ONLY actual shipping costs. When your credit card is processed in our office it will be the actual shipping charge and the cost of the items ordered. For most orders, this is less than the charge quoted by our shopping cart.

Shipping outside of the U.S.
At this time we do not ship out of the United States.
Express Shipping, Overnight & 2 Day Shipping
Shipping and delivery will occur only on standard business days, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders will be shipped within two business days.

All of our products are carefully packaged to minimize the chance of breakage or damage.
Returns
Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us for specific instructions.
Freight Damage
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by phone. We will ship a replacement and have the carrier pick up the damaged items.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns (not on damaged in shipment items), and refunds will be less original shipping charges.
